Jinonice Metro Station is located in the same district in Prague on line B (section III.B). It was opened on October 26, 1988 - officially in honor of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Czechoslovakia, under the name Švermova (according to the Communist journalist Jan Šverma). The station is one of the least utilized metro stations in Prague.
The station is embossed, three-aisled with a reduced central nave (35 meters) and seven pairs of passages on the platform. It is 198 m long (of which 128 m are technological installations), and is located 23 m below the surface.
