"Yellowstone Falls seen from Artist Point" Waymark

Hmm, not 100% the same location but as close as it gets these days without breaking National Park regulation. Apparently, Ansel Adams had a chance to hike a little bit further down the canyon.

You can find Ansel Adams’ picture online at the National Park Service’s Ansel Adam page. Our picture and a couple more ( 1, 2, 3, 4, ) was taken on July 6, 2006 from the observation area at Artist Point.

There are many places from which one can see the waterfall (visit our Waterfall Waymark for pictures taken from several other locations) but this seems to be the closest we could find.

Post your picture, but there's no need to post Ansel's image again. *We All Have to Share this Sandbox, So Play Nice* You may not agree with the Waymark Owner on the location, and that's fine. Post your coordinates in your log. We'll see if future finders agree with you or not ;)
