Blasterz have been in Wyoming often enough (and been caught in our summer clothes in 30 degree weather in July and 40 degree weather in August) that if we hear the locals tell us AGAIN that "It can snow on any day of the year in Wyoming" -- WE WILL SCREAM!!!
This statue honors the legendary toughness of the Wyoming Cowboy, who, with his favorite horse, heads uphill in a fierce winter storm, forecast as a "chance of flurries."
Blasterz will keep in mind that Wyoming "flurries" = a foot of snow -- more than has fallen on our house in Texas over the last 5 winters PUT TOGETHER.
