Blasterz LOVE IT when people interact with an embrace public art. One way is to add something NONPERMANENT and WHIMSICAL that is NOT DAMAGING to the art, to give folks a chuckle.
Which brings is to "Wyoming" -- a cow-pony bronze in front of Taubert's Ranch Outfitters in downtown Casper.
Wyoming would be worthy of appreciation in his own right, standing proudly in a landscaped sidewalk chicane decorated wit wagon wheels and flowers.
But with loud knitted leg-warmers added, he is SUBLIME :)
(How did the horse get in the leg warmers, you ask?? They were knitted flat, and are tied around the horse's legs with yarn.)
Now that's FUNNY!! :)
PS - How do Blasterz know the name of the horse? WE CALLED TAUBERT'S AND ASKED!! :)
