U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey benchmark at entrance to the Commercial Building (350 E St) at the NW corner of Fourth and E Streets. The benchmark is located at the base of the column to the right of the entrance. Disk is in poor condition due to heavy paint cover. Records indicate that it is 941 8801 TIDAL 1.

AT EUREKA, AT THE WEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF 4TH STREET (U.S. HIGHWAY 101) AND E STREET, IN THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE BASE FOR A 24-INCH PILLAR AT THE NORTHEAST ENTRANCE TO THE COMMERCE BUILDING AT 350 E STREET, 41 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST CURB OF 4TH STREET, 10 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CURB OF E STREET, 7 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER OF THE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING, AND ABOUT 2 1/2 FEET ABOVE THE SIDEWALK.
