From the US97 exit in Redmond, continue generally SE on SW Airport Way for about 0.2 mile. Turn right on SW 19th Street and continue S for 0.9 mile. Park and walk S for about 0.6 mile to the Third Standard Parallel. Turn right and walk W about 0.7 miles along a fence line. Turn left and follow the W leg of the Bonneville Power Administration transmission line right-of-way roughly S for about 2.8 miles. Turn left and proceed E through light brush for about 0.4 mile to the corner. Based on field measured GPS grid coordinates, this corner bears S1.4°E from WAYMARK WMJZPC, 5277' distant.

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is an orange Carsonite witness post with a SURVEY MARKER decal. Found four blazed and scribed western juniper bearing trees, each with a nail and brass washer. There is a LOCATION POSTER on the tree that bears N58ºW, 42.4' distant.

Survey history is found in Deschutes County Surveyors Office, Oregon Corner Restoration Record No. 1330.
