Obituaries:
Died in Spokane
The remains of Z. Taylor, a former Salemite, who died at Spokane, Washington, will arrive in the city on the late train tonight. Relatives here are arranging the funeral. Since going to Spokane a number of the Taylor family have died, and the remains have been returned to this city for burial. -The Daily Journal, March 19, 1903.

Buried Today
The body of Zachariah Taylor, a former Salemite, arrived Thursday night from Shaniko, Washington, where he died recently of consumption. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Leach, at Ridgon's undertaking parlors at 1 o'clock this afternoon, and burial was had in the I. O. O. F. cemetery. -The Daily Journal, March 20, 1903
