The west wall of the
Ben Drew Commission building contains several ghost signs. The most prominent features a dairy cow, which was part of an advertisement for Wendt's Dairy. To the right are tobacco signs advertising Bloch Bros. Mail Pouch tobacco products. For many decades, this wall was
much more visible as there were no adjacent buildings; but in recent years a pair of wooden structures has obscured most of the wall, hiding the lower portions of the ghost signs.
