This wagon has been on display here for many years. There is no plaque & the present owners were unaware of its origins however have every intention of maintaining it as a permanent reminder of the town's historical past.
Wagons of this nature were often used to haul farm produce which in Kangaroo Valley would have been hay & milk cans. It is quite tall which would indicate that draught horses would have provided the locomotion.
It is in a reasonable state of repair.
Type and Quantity: Wagon - one only.
Opening Hours: Not applicable as is located beside the footpath at the front of the hotel.
Admission Fee: No.
On-line Documentation: Not listed
