graduated in 1927 and won the silver medal in the 5000 M run in the 1932 Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles. He moved back to Klamath and farmed for many decades until passing away in 1994 at the age of 85.

Olympic Torch Relay plaque highlighting the Olympic Torch that passed through Klamath Falls July 11, 1984, on its way to the Summer Games in Los Angeles. It was presented to Ralph Hill in honor of his Olympic Achievement in the 1932 games also held in Los Angeles.
1984 Olympic Torch Relay commemoration plaque presented to Henley Schools and Ralph Hill for helping to carry on the Olympic Torch through Klamath Falls on its journey to light the Olympic Flame at the Los Angeles Coliseum, signifying the start of the XXIIIrd Olympiad.
