The mural transforms a faux brick wall (actually a cement staircase) into a beautiful beach scene. A woman with her back to the viewer holds a basket of flowers as she looks at the sea. Two other people are in the far distance carrying items. In the left hand corner, painted over a utility box, is a young boy wading with his dog. Notice, two pay phones have been painted over and are part of the mural.
The artists are George Moskilla, Ernesto Garrigos and Jose Manuel Gonzalez.
