The impressive Masonic Temple housing the Yellowstone Lodge was built in 1912. Unusual for Masonic Temples, it has only the construction date and words "Masonic Temple" carved into the front of the building.

The bottom floor of the temple is occupied by retail shops, but the Masons still meet in the upper floors of the Temple.

The Miles City Masonic Temple is included in the Miles City Main Street National Register Historic District.
