1896 fik albuen sit første fyr. Det var et 11 meter højt beton fyr.
Som stod lige ud til kysten.
I 1958 var det nødvendigt med et nyt fyr. Et fyr på 13 meters højde blev opstillet 12 meter længer inde i landet.
I dag kan man stadig se rester af det gamle fyr hvis man går langs vandet Nord-Vest for det nye fyr.
Allerede i 1779 var der snak om at man ville have et fyr til de fragt og postruter der sejlede nor og syd på.
I dag kan man gå eller sejle til albuen og lyde den smukke natur.

The Albuen got its first lighthouse in 1896. It was a 11 meter tall concrete lighthouse. This was placed by the coast.
In 1958 there was a need of a new lighthouse. A 13 meter tall lighthouse was placed 12 meters further in shore. This day you can still see the remains of the old lighthouse, if you walk along the coast north-west from the new lighthouse.
In 1779 was the first ideas brought up of a lighthouse, to help the shipping- and postal rutes, which sailed north and south.
Today you can walk or sail to the Albue and enjoy the beautiful nature.
