Up Highway 20 about 15 km. from Kensington, this is a very accessible park. It has a large campground with over 180 camp sites, a large day use area and a large beach, with lifeguard in the summer.

Cabot Beach is the largest park in western PEI. This beautiful park has a large day-use area with playground equipment, an activity centre with children's programs. There is also supervised swimming on scenic Malpeque Bay. Nearby attractions include the Kensington Railyards and Welcome Centre, Malpeque Bay Sea Kayak Tours, and The Keir Memorial Museum.

Cabot Beach Provincial Park is located within the Green Gables Shore touring region.
