RT0007 2650.06 -- Wibaux MT - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

Our first RR spike, and it's monumented by a fallen flag RR we did not have a benchmark for already :) It totally made the trip in to Wibaux MT worth it. (Yes, we know we are huge and irredeemable benchmark geeks.)
