These murals are on the Ecke Building which serves as the administrative center of the San Diego Botanical Gardens. The building has a sea theme with murals, topiaries and sculptures of marine life.
The several ceramic murals feature a sea turtle in one and fish in a coral reef on the others. One of the reef murals also seems to have a large sun above the fish.
Unfortunately there is no sign at the site indicating the artist, title or date.
