Windsor public baths were built in 1902 and as well as a swimming pool also had facilities for showering and bathing as well. Visible in the pictures can be seen a glazed roof over the swimming pool.
The chimney is made from plain brick at the bottom, but near the top it is slightly more ornate and made from stone.
These days the building has a number of fast food outlets on the ground floor. There is also a large pub called the Sir Titus Salt which utilises the pool area. Although the pool has been filled in, the interior with cast iron beams and vaulted roof has been well preserved including the glazed roof.
The pub has a front and rear entrance and this waymark is at the rear entrance.
