From the US97 exit in Redmond, continue generally SE on SW Airport Way for about 0.3 mile. Turn right on SW 19th Street and continue S for 0.8 mile. Park and walk S for about 0.2 mile. Turn right and walk W for 1.0 mile along the T15S R13E S32 center line to the E right-of-way fence of US97. The true corner is located in the northbound left lane.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on stainless steel pipe; rising 6"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The reference monument is in the fence line and bears S26.3ºE, 91.9' distant. Also found T15S R13E S31 32 1/4 COR S31 RM, a 3-1/4" brass cap on stainless steel pipe, rising 1". It is in the W right-of-way fence line and bears N87.0ºW, 95.1' distant from the true corner. The pair of reference monuments are about 1.4 miles SW on US97 from the Yew Avenue exit in Redmond.


What property is this mark defining?:
T15S R13E S32 31 1/4 COR is on the park boundary. Eighty acres E of this corner was once slated to become the Redmond-Bend Juniper Wayside, an Oregon State Park. This land is now being included in discussions of the South Redmond Tract Land Use and Management Plan.
