From the US97 exit in Redmond, continue generally SW on SW Airport Way for about 0.3 mile. Turn right on SW 19th Street and continue S for 0.8 mile. Park and walk S for about 0.2 mile. Turn right and walk W for about 0.8 mile along the T15S R13E S32 center line to the corner.
Type of survey mark: 2" aluminum cap on 3/4" aluminum rod in a collar of stones; cemented in a drill hole

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is 3' N of a mound of stones, and 6' E of a paddleboard mounted on a U-post. The paddleboard reads OREGON STATE/ PARK BOUNDARY/ DO NOT DISTURB. Found two western juniper bearing trees with scribed blazes. There is a LOCATION POSTER on the original tree and a yellow BEARING TREE tag on one established in this later survey.


What property is this mark defining?:
T15S R13E S32 W 1/16 COR is on the park boundary. Eighty acres W of this corner was once slated to become the Redmond-Bend Juniper Wayside, an Oregon State Park. This land is now being included in discussions of the South Redmond Tract Land Use and Management Plan.
