The cemetery is located around the church and across the street. It has about 1,000 graves. It dates to the 18th century with graves of several Revolutionary War veterans. The cemetery is very well maintained.
The church was founded in 1737 and the current church building was constructed in 1771 of local sandstone. The church has been renovated several times over the years but little change has been to the exterior.
