Medieval silos which are now part of a renovated square in the town of Loulé, Southern Portugal.

These silos were identified during the renovation works of this square and they were kept and integrated in the new design. They were originally underground structures excavated in the soil's chalkstone and used to store food. There are traces of the Islamic period in these silos.
