The Salvation Army Citadel was built in downtown Winnipeg in 1901. In 1953 the Citadel became the Harbour Light Centre for Alcoholics. This ghost sign dates from that time.

Behind this vintage sign, you can see the remnants of the older sign for the Salvation Army Mission here, before it became the Harbour Light.
