When searching for this benchmark be aware that there is a bolt benchmark in the west pier of the drawbridge -- BM 11M1504 aka MDIV.
This benchmark was monumented by the City of Winnipeg Department of Surveys and Mapping. It is set in a 1-foot wide round concrete post flush with the ground. It is easily spotted from Waterfront drive.
The Steven Juba Park boundary line is directly north of this benchmark.
