What would a casino (a la Las Vegas) be without some neon shining outside? This yellow and red sign at the entrance is now a red sign at the entrance, as the yellow appears to have pooped out. Still, it's a nice sign, just needs some TLC.
The casino is set back from the highway on the east side, but there's a big sign on the west side, making the place difficult to miss.
Operated by the
Spokane Tribe, the
Chewelah Casino offers the standard casino fare of Slots, Blackjack, Roulette and Spanish 21 (similar to Blackjack). Within the casino is the Mistequa Café, for those ravenous gamblers, and to the north, by the RV parking lot ($15 per night), is a free Auto Museum (ask in the casino and they'll open it for you).
