"Inside the domed auditorium of the Iziko Planetarium the night sky is recreated, utilizing the complex Minolta 'star machine' and multiple projectors. One of only two such facilities in South Africa, the Cape Town planetarium opened its doors in 1987. Since then regular shows have visually transported audiences through the wonder of the universe delighting both young and old alike." ( visit link)
