Queenstown Gardens is a large public park that juts out into Lake Wakatipu. The rose garden is the furthest south of the formal gardens located next to the tennis courts.
The premises are immaculately taken care of. We happened upon the gardens as we played disc golf. With so many different types of activities, from the placid to the hyperactive, Queenstown Gardens really is a place for everyone. The rose garden is a place of quiet.
