Ice cream is hand dipped. It is not inexpensive. A short menu of soup, salad, and sandwiches is offered, but folks go for the "ice cream party experience."
They took over a former Black Angus restaurant. It seats over 200?
Staff twist balloon art, help celebrate birthdays. There are party booths, fountain stools (only a handful), gift shop (lots of old fashion candy). and a general Victorian theme decor.
