This circa 1967 four story building was designed by the architectural firm Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum (HOK). It has a rare architectural feature - a Vierendeel Truss, the entire building is suspended on two steel beams, only two other building in North America have this feature. The building is clad with brushed stainless steel, much like that of the Gateway Arch. The building was scheduled for demolition in the 1990s but was saved and now is part of the Drury Plaza Hotel with the first floor used as a steak restaurant.
