DESCRIBED BY INTERNATIONAL BOUNDARY COMMISSION 1963 (DWF) MONUMENT 832 AT EMERSON WAS MOVED FROM THE RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY TO THE BOULEVARD AT THE HIGHWAY CROSSING. THE CONCRETE WAS CHIPPED OFF THE MONUMENT TO FACILITATE ITS TRANSPORTATION. A BASE WAS CONSTRUCTED AT THE MONUMENTS NEW SITE.

RECOVERY NOTE BY INTERNATIONAL BOUNDARY COMMISSION 1976 (FXP) RECOVERED IN GOOD CONDITION IN 1965, 1966, 1975 AND 1976.
