On the east side of the town of Rush Springs, Jesse Foreman is laid to rest in Rush Springs Cemetery.
His headstone is shared with his wife, Martha. It is a gray stone, with rusticated edges. Their surname FOREMAN is engraved at the top, in a lighter gray panel. Beneath that, their names and dates, with Jesse's reading:
