Located at Paseo Díaz Ordaz # 610, 48300 Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, the Vaquita is a modern bar catering to the younger crowd. "Vaquita" means little cow in Spanish...and this huge cartoon-like cow hangs from the ceiling at the bar's open-air entrance. The Jersey cow wwears red shoes and hold a styrofoam cup with a straw.
