I recovered this Oregon State Highway Department benchmark from 1940 in good condition. It is monumented on top of a concrete syphon along a fence line and east of Hwy 39. This BM also appears on a topography map as 'BM 4055.0'. The NGS datasheet info and my more-accurate posted coordinates should place you very close to this mark.
