Description of Memorial: Le monument, mesurant environ 15 pieds de haut, est une stèle en granit sur laquelle on peut lire les noms des résidents de la région de Sorel-Tracy qui sont morts durant les conflits de 1914-1918 et 1939-1945. Il repose sur une plinthe en granit et est situé à l’intérieur du périmètre du Carré Royal, à Sorel-Tracy. Des fleurs, de même que des épées entrecroisées sont gravés sur la partie supérieure du monument.
The monument, measuring approximately 15 feet high, is a granite stele on which can be seen the names of the Sorel-Tracy residents who died during the 1914-1918 and 1939-1945 conflicts. It rests on a granite base and is located within the perimeter of the Carré Royal. Flowers, as well as cross swords are engraved on the upper part of the monument.
