Located on the malecon (boardwalk) along Puerta Vallarta's Playa de Muertos (Beach of the Dead), the Day Off Bar apparently displays this strange sculpture to get some attention. The piece depicts a nerdy looking guy in a t-shirt and suspenders wearing a floppy hat and standing in a barrel looking into the sky above.
