"O novo acesso Selho São Jorge - Selho São Cristóvão foi inaugurado a 03 de Março, 2013. A inauguração está marcada para as 10h00. Este novo acesso é o resultado de um estudo de pormenor para a área em causa e vem colmatar um problema de acessibilidade, garantindo um franco acesso entre as localidades de Selho S. Jorge e Selho S. Cristóvão. O traçado adotado tem um perfil transversal tipo de Estrada Nacional com 3,5m em cada via de circulação e passeio em ambos os lados com 1.5 m de largura e com as características mínimas regulamentares para uma velocidade base de 50 km/h e nos nós de ligação de 40 km/h. O valor da obra foi de 1.004.100,10 € + IVA."

O novo acesso Selho São Jorge - Selho São Cristóvão foi inaugurado pelo presidente da Câmara Municipal de Guimarães António Maganhães.

"Licenciado em História, pela Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto, foi eleito como Deputado à Assembleia da República Portuguesa pela 1ª vez em 1976, onde se manteve durante 11 anos, nessa qualidade.
Foi Vereador eleito para a Câmara Municipal de Guimarães desde 1979 até 1990.
Em finais de 1982 foi Vice-Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Guimarães ,terminando o mandato em finais de 1985.
Em Dezembro de 1989 é eleito Presidente da Câmara Municipal de Guimarães, com maioria absoluta, cargo que mantém por ser sucessivamente reeleito em 1993, 1997, 2001, 2005 e 2009."

THE LOCATION
The new access Selho São Jorge - Selho São Cristóvão was inaugurated on March 3, 2013. The opening is scheduled for 10h00. This new access is the result of a detailed study for the area concerned and fills a problem of accessibility, ensuring clear access between the villages of S. Selho Jorge and S. Selho Cristóvão. The route has adopted a kind of national road cross-section 3.5 m in each traffic lane and sidewalk on both sides with 1.5 m wide and with the regulatory minimum requirements for a base speed of 50 km / h and the interchanges 40 km / h. The value of works was € 1,004,100.10 + VAT. "
