This mark is located at the southeast corner of Central Street and Cowper Avenue in northwestern Evanston. The mark is located near the sign for Bent Park, right to the southeast of the intersection of the two sidewalks. The mark was, as of July 2006, beneath some foliage, but still relatively accessible.

The mark is located under a standard survey monument cover, and is a few feet below ground.
