The Town Hall is 2 story civil structure with Federal style detailing with a pedimented portico supported by Ionic columns. A cupola is mounted with a clock in it. The clock face it black with Roman numerals for digits. The hour digits and minutes segments are painted a gold, The hands are a slightly different shade of gold, almost beigish to offset them from the rest of the clock. The trim around the clock is a semi circle supported on pilasters with a single keystone at 12 o'clock.
