AT NIAGARA FALLS, ABOUT 400 FEET NORTH ALONG PORTAGE ROAD FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH BUFFALO AVENUE, ABOUT 100 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE ORIGINAL BENCH MARK K 20, ABOUT 100 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF PORTAGE ROAD AND THE NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD, IN THE SOUTHWEST BASE OF A POWER TRANSMISSION LINE TOWER NO. NM 5, AND SET VETICALLY.
