This public art bike rack is one of a few artistically designed bike tenders located along Virginia Street in downtown Reno. There is a small placard on the sidewalk under the bike rack that mentions this art piece as being created by Youth ArtWorks in 2008 and funded by the Reno Redevelopment Agency City of Reno Public Art Program.

This silhouette of a train and billowing smoke travels over a railroad trestle made of iron and even contains railroad spikes as part of the piece.
