This abstract sculpture is located along the Howard Watson Trail in Sarnia. The original Trackman was installed in 1993 and was subseqently stolen, as was a second Trackman. The current iteration was installed in 2010.
The plaque associated with this statue reads:
TRACKMAN
THIS SCULPTURE IS COMPOSED OF PIECES OF METAL FROM THE OLD RAILWAY LINE, COLLECTED ON WALKS ON THE TRAIL BY RON DENNING, AND DESIGNED AND WELDED TOGETHER BY CLIVE BECKWITH AND FAMILY.
