This is one of four Water Towers owned by Sharyland Water Supply Corporation which began in the 1960's serving 700 properties. Today, there are over 16,000 connections in a 100 square miles area.
The double ellipsoidal tank is painted white with "Sharyland WSC" painted in black on the side. It is supported by five steel legs and a center standpipe.
