Este relógio de sol apresenta quatro faces ornamentadas, assentes sobre uma base vertical. No topo do Relógio de Sol, a Cruz da ordem Militar de Cristo. Numa das faces podemos ler a inscrição: "Tanto melhor se ris Tanto peor se choras Boas e más eu marco as horas"

This sundial has four decorated faces, fixed on a vertical basis. At the top of the sundial, the Cross of the Military Order of Christ.
