The posted coordinates are for a starting location for the multi cache, which are at the pedestrian crossing back from Mexico into the US. The main photo is from the pedestrian bridge in the US that goes over the freeway from the east side to the west side and the second photo is from a bridge for cars and pedestrians in mexico looking north towards the border.
Very easy to get into Mexico, but long wait times are usually the case to get back into the United States. Here is where Interstate 5 begins in California. Cars can be backed up for miles into Mexico and even the pedestrian traffic as well. Because of this many people have thought of a way to make a business out of it. There are many food vendors that line the street. They accept both US currency and MX currency.
