The mural takes up the entire back wall of the Turkish Paradise Restaurant & was part of the WonderWalls Festival held early in November this year. The festival is aimed at showcasing the artistic underbelly of Wollongong.

The Festivals website (listed below) says of the artist, Scott Marsh:

Marsh’s work attempts to capture elements of pop and impressionism within the classic idea of street art and graffiti culture. It’s both contemporary and casual whilst being undeniably skilful in its consistency, size and realism. “Much of what I employ in terms of pallet, scale and the manner in which I paint comes from my background in graffiti”.
