Likely built around the turn of the 20th century, this two story house with attic dormer was embellished with a fair amount of terra cotta and other decoration when built. The entry to this house is guarded by a pair of resting lions made of concrete. They are resting upon concrete blocks, with a lion on either side of the front steps.

Likely 100 years or more of age, they were almost certainly painted white when first installed. Now partially lichen covered, they each have a bit of white paint still clinging to them.

Converted to commercial use, the house appears to now be occupied by a dentist and a real estate developer.
