There are seven buildings in district which were built between 1904 and 1920. The buildings were used by the Crunden-Martin Manufacturing Company, manufacturers for over a century of wood and wicker ware, and later a variety of household products. Some of the buildings are currently used for manufacturing and warehousing. The area is being looked at for possible redevelopment including converting some of the buildings into lofts and condominiums.
