Originally this was all about sweet potato but with its growth the fair became wider and started accepting unrelated sellers. Still, it's a good place to buy raw sweet potato and lots of pastry and dishes made out of sweet potato.
It takes place mostly indoors, in the municipal multi-purpose pavilion.
