This Benchmark is on the north side of 4000 North just west of US Highway 89 at the county line between Weber and Box Elder Counties on the property of the Allan Plant Company.

From the intersection of 4000 North and US Highway 89 on the northwest edge of Pleasant View, proceed northwest on 4000 North for approximately 500 feet to the station on the right. It is between the southernmost rock cistern for the defunct hot springs resort and a landscaping display for the Allan Plant Company. The mark is approximately 6 inches west of a wooden stake marked "County Mon".
