Judging by its parking lot alone, one would say that this is a very large church on the northern edge of Spokane.

One nice touch on the grounds of the church is this secluded little fountain. It is outside the windows of some offices so those inside may enjoy it as well as those on the outside.
The fountain is made of three basalt columns grouped together, set in the centre of a bed of river stones. They have been drilled through their centres, allowing water to be pumped up through their lengths and bubble out the top. It makes for quite a restful little place to park and "smell the roses" for a while.
Basalt columns are extremely common in and around Spokane. As a result they are often seen as landscaping elements in the area.
