Wet telescopic gasholder of the Haagsche Maatschappij voor Gasdistributie, with a capacity of 1000 m3 . Built in 1910 , no specific features, rebuilt in 1971 to water storage , where the iron lattice is removed . The gas tank is part of a complex which includes a service apartment and a “regulateurshuisje”. It is the last gas holder in Zuid-Holland.
The gas tank is built on a circular plan of riveted steel plates and has a surrounding balustrade handrail on the top edge . Walks to the railing and straight iron staircase . The gas tank is mounted on a concrete plinth.
